We’ve collated a checklist of things you need to consider in any landscaping project.
Depending on the needs and size of your projects, we will always consider the following things.
01. INSURANCES COVERED
Rest assured, we have been approved for Home Warranty insurance (which is required by law for any work $20,000).
Our work and company is also covered by Contract Works Insurance, for extra piece of mind.
02. FORMAL CONTRACTS
We have formal contracts in place prepared by HIA, for the residential construction industry to reflect the risks and responsibilities of home building.
03. ITEMISED PRICING
We offer a transparency approach to our pricing as we think itʼs important for you to know exactly what youʼre paying for.
This allows us to show which areas cost more or less than others, so that you can make an informed decision on your works.
For reference, expect to see line items including:
• Structural Items - decks, cabanas, concreting, paving
• Cosmetic Items - planting, turfing, fencing
• Lighting - electrical
04. CLEAR PRICING FOR LABOUR
We offer clear itemised costings with a breakdown of the contractors labour rates (this can be handy for any additional requested and knowing what costs may be).
05. FIT FOR PURPOSE MATERIALS
Each fit-for-purpose material requires a level of structural integrity, this goes for all products being used in the design. We offer assurance that the products being used have a structural guarantee.
06. WE HAVE QUALITY SUPPLIERS
We have a long standing relationship with all of our suppliers. This is evident in our great local customer service and ensures we maintain warranties for the work that is completed on your home.

08. SCOPE OF WORK
We are confidently skilled in our field and will utilize those skills to create a beautiful garden. Anything outside this, we will contact the right trades and suppliers to get the job done - we also ensure suppliers and trades come with the relevant warranties and codes of construction.
09. LICENCES
